Panic alarms in schools, liquor bills and foster kids on ‘Legislative Review’

On Monday’s “Legislative Review,” we have highlights from a Senate floor session in which lawmakers passed a bill that would install panic alarms in schools. The move comes in the wake of the deadly Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting.

We also cover debate over a bill that would allow movie theaters to sell beer and wine, and another measure that would allow day spas to offer customers a free alcoholic drink while they’re getting treatments. Plus, an effort to make sure that foster siblings stay in contact when they are separated in different foster homes.
